Searching for an individual who has maintenance skills and manage a team This supervisor position is a full time position. You will be part of a maintenance team. Your duties will include get readies, trouble shooting difficult repairs, training new team members, ordering supplies, working with vendors, communicating with residents and office. Advanced maintenance skills needed, as well as painting, plumbing and electrical. Drivers license required, will have to travel between properties, must have own transportation. NO Criminal history. Properties are located in St. Ann, St. Charles, MO and University City, MO. This is a full time position. Benefits included. Starting pay at $20.00 an hour. On call every 5 weeks. The hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. Please send over a resume for consideration. Drug test required.
