For the right person we offer a roving apartment maintenance position with responsibility to maintain and oversee maintenance for two small apartment sites in south St. Louis and three small sites on the edge of Clayton. Each property has a property manager on site.
Health insurance, vacation, paid national holidays off, time and a half for overtime, sick days, mileage and more.
Requirements:
-strong maintenance skills to make-ready apartment units for occupancy
-must have your own truck
-must have your own tools
-team player
-HVAC certification is NOT required (but brings top dollar if you have it)
