We are seeking a highly motivated leasing agent to show properties and handle paperwork. We are very different from you regular leasing opportunities.
We handle the scheduling and advertisements with our high tech software. That means you will not have to worry about pictures, posting ads, or endless phone calls. You will be responsible for showings and approval paperwork. You will be given a paid work cell phone and your marketing materials are covered as well. The units you will be showing are excellent, professionally managed and in great areas. Mainly North County and South City. There will be a lot of driving so be prepared to go to multiple locations a day.
Your schedule will be extremely flexible but will require some weekend hours on either Saturday or Sunday. (Not both) This opportunity will be excellent for college students, parents, early retire, or anyone that would like regular and off hours.
We are a growing company and are looking for someone long term. Please include your sales or relevant real estate experience when applying. We are willing to train as well with the right personality.
You will be compensated with a percentage of the first month's rent on each unit rented. You will start making money right away and will be paid current as move-ins occur.
