Full Time Maintenance Technician position available in South County at the Vineyards Apartments. The Vineyards Apartments are conveniently located at I55 and Butler Hill. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for:
Maintaining the physical integrity of the community.
Ensures a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff.
Carries out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor.
Performs general maintenance, electrical and plumbing repairs
EPA certification required or willing to obtain within first 90 days of employment
Pay rate is $15- $16/hour and based on experience.We also offer excellent benefits including:
