Purk & Associates, PC, a public accounting firm, is seeking an entry-level candidate to assist in our bookkeeping department 32-40 hours per week. Office /admin experience necessary, bookkeeping and QuickBooks knowledge preferred but not required. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Growth potential available.
Ideal candidate will have:
Good organizational skills
Good language and communications skills
Clerical/office admin experience
Duties & responsibilities consist of:
Assisting bookkeeping department heads with various administrative duties
Data entry
Interact with clients by phone and email
General accounting duties
Salary range:
$12 - $15/hour depending on experience
