In search of: Dental Front Office Coordinator and Dental Hygienist
Private, fee-for-service dental practice seeks Dental Hygienist and Dental Front Office Coordinator with dental experience for salaried positions. Our prior Front Office Coordinator has decided to stay home with a new baby and we are adding, not replacing, a hygienist to our team. Front Office Coordinator position is full-time and the Dental Hygienist position can be either full or part-time - employee's choice.
We are City Smiles and Smile On Dental Studio - private practice, not corporate, with 2 locations. We need positive contributors to our team! Ideal candidate should be extremely detail-oriented, have exceptional communication and customer service skills. Applicant must present daily with a well-kept and professional appearance, speak and write confidently, and exhibit the polish demanded by a five-star service provider. Applicants MUST have a minimum of 2 years of applicable dental experience. This position is not open to new graduates or applicants without relevant experience.
Qualified applicants with the prerequisites listed must also have a genuinely happy disposition, daily positive attitude, enthusiasm, energy, strong attention to detail, willingness to learn and be self-starters. Above all we are looking for individuals who are team players, have a professional demeanor and are able to build rapport and connect with our patients on an emotional level.
