Duration: 4.0 monthsDescriptionPosition SummaryThis position will act as a catalyst for the successful implementation of Health Services Organization Technology changes. Responsible for designing and implementing innovative strategies to ensure quick adoption, utilization, and proficiency toward achievement of strategic goals. Ensure a consistent change methodology across all initiatives, in order to create team efficiencies and build trust. Leverages project management skills to ensure alignment with overall program objectives and portfolio prioritization.Essential Functions Design, develop and implement change management strategies and plans for team initiatives with an immediate focus on integration and organizational and process design goals. Develop and leverage a standard change framework that can be applied to all team initiatives, including Impact Analysis, Reinforcement, Sustainment, Training, Communications, Metrics, etc. Anticipate and identify challenges and/or resistance; develop mitigation plans; escalate risks as needed. Consult with and coach leaders/sponsors/change agents to help achieve project & change value proposition. Provide insight and intervention strategies for resource capacity planning, based on pace of change and within financial guidelines. Initiate metric baselines and develop processes for ongoing collection. Measure and report change progress throughout implementations; e.g. new behaviors, adoption of new practices, and sustainment. Integrate and align change management plans with integration activities, project management timelines, deliverables, and issues/risk. Communicate the case for change with presence and influence, prepare and present to executive-level leadership and/or large audiences. Establish systematic and regular communication cadence with employees. Develop and sustain meaningful relationship to drive performance, build alignment, and execute. Partner with internal and external training, and communication resources to ensure the right content is delivered to the right audience, at the right time. Manage consultant vendor relationships, including contract review, efficient resource utilization, and appropriate interventions as necessary. Recommend appropriate new or revised organizational change management tools and practices; stay current with industry best practices/innovation.Skills: 10-14 years of relevant experience, minimum 5 years in a customer-facing Technology organization Minimum 8 years project management and/or change management experience with large-scale, multi-phased organizational transformation or M&A initiatives, required Strong business acumen in service businesses representing process changes and/or technology changes, required Knowledge of business process reengineering and various system development methodologies including Agile, required Executive level presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms to all audiences, required Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism, required Experience developing strong, trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results, required Demonstrated ability to stay motivated in a fast paced, high pressure environmentKeywords:
