Job Description :
Fabritec Industries is a fast-growing company seeking an eCommerce professional to create and maintain company websites, manage our CRM System, and perform other technical tasks.
In addition, and just as important, this role would assist customers with placing orders, product questions and status requests through chat, phone and email.
Responsibilities include :
Working with management to create eCommerce stores (Shopify)
Managing product listing, inventory, and sales funnels on our eCommerce Websites
Consistently improving our online ratings while driving positive product reviews
Maintaining Amazon Seller Accounts
Research competitors’ websites and maintain competitive pricing and offerings
Manage Salesforce CRM System for management and sales team
Speaking directly with customers to help them find and purchase the correct product
Assist customers through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence
Provide technical and product information as required to respond to customer inquiries
Assist in preparing RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations)
Provide technical assistance to employees (computer, printer, email set up, etc)
Setting up new employee’s computers, installing software and setting up accounts.
Create marketing material (Posters, Handouts, Magazine Advertisements) using Photoshop

Required Qualifications / Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in business or other related fields
2+ Years CRM experience
2+ Years Photoshop experience
3+ Years HTML and CSS experience
3+ eCommerce Management (Shopify and Amazon preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Job Type : Full-time
Base Salary : $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 / year
Bonus : Quarterly
