American Gold Mine @ Belt & 36 Hwy. in St. Joseph, MO is looking for an additional person to expand our Retail Sales/Data Entry/Customer Service. This is a Full Time Position, that pays $10.00 per hour starting, and could be more considering qualifications. If you would qualify for the sales position it pays the hourly wage plus commission on profit of sales. Commissions start after a 30 to 60 day shadow training program. We are open 10-6 Monday through Saturday. You will get one day off plus Sunday. You must be able to work Saturday's and figure on getting off work at approximately 6:20 to 6:30 PM on Average Interviews are by Appointment only and conducted Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Only.
Responsibilities:
Be able to type up new loans, new layaways, take payments, help customers on phone with payments, amounts due for payment and pickup.
Be able to connect with ALL customers from ALL walks of life.
Become and stay proficient with all types of items, their present new prices, and to research their present price in current condition presented.
Customer Service in person and over the phone.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail. Absolute team play and even tempered.
Absolutely punctual in all aspects of job.
Outstanding skills with smart phone and computer. Great Ebay and Facebook skills a plus.
Previous Customer Service
A go getter, someone who must stay busy and is not satisfied with slow times or standing around.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication skills
Very Self Motivated and Confident
Must pass criminal background check and drug testing. These checks must be immaculate.
