Service Advisor responsibilities include greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, cataloging customer's concerns and comments, writing service orders, and descriptions of needed repairs.
Qualifications:
- Previous service writer/advisor experience is preferred but not a requirement.
- Ability to obtain information in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- Must possess good communication and interpretive skills.
- Must be computer literate.
