We are a Rental Property Management Company operating in Springfield Missouri and we're looking for some help.
We have an immediate opening for a general rental maintenance position, full time, between the hours of 9:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with weekends off, in Springfield, Missouri only.
Salary is negotioble, according to your skills and experience. We pay weekly, with all appropriate taxes withheld.
Duties will include helping us through the rental process. Mowing. Cleaning. Fixing things. Moving things. General maintenance. As well as remodel. We are hoping to find a new team member with a strong skill to compliment the rest of our remodeling team. HVAC skills preferred.
This is year round work. We offer five paid holidays a year, and one week paid vacation after one year on the job.
You will need your own licensed and insured pickup truck, a valid driver license, and a clean criminal background.
We furnish all the supplies needed.
