We are hiring for a property maintenance and repairs position for rental properties. Full time. Weekdays. Five paid Holidays a year. One Week Vacation after one year. Weekly pay checks.
We work from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday in Springfield, Missouri only.
Salary is $13.00 - $15.00 hourly to start. With room for raises according to your skills.
Payday is Friday.
Daily duties will include helping us service maintenance requests on occupied apartments, using proper social distance rules, as well as prepare vacant units through the rental process.
We furnish all the supplies and materials needed. This is not a Contract Labor 1099 position, but is instead full time, year round employment with taxes withheld.
We need help with daily general maintenance as well as remodeling units as needed. Skills we are looking for include carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general repairs.
You will need your own tools and truck, and a clean criminal background.
