Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Excellent math skills (ability to comprehend and implement mathematical formulas for proper markup and sales negotiation of vehicles).
Excellent organization skills (inventory management)
Efficient typing and computer usage/navigation (completing vehicle sells contracts, posting ads, filing state reports, research) skills.
Valid in-state driver's license (Insurable).
Professional personal appearance/business casual attire.
Ability to sell a minimum quota according to company standards.
Financing experience a plus.
