With changes in leadership, focused priorities and strong core values, PFH remains a “Good Family to Know!” Your role at PFH: As the Financial Analyst, you are responsible for reviewing and analyzing both financial and nonfinancial data to assist leadership within the Organization with strategic decision making. This position is instrumental to the organization's budgetary process, cost reporting preparation and evaluating trends. You will:

Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.

Collaborate directly with senior financial executives on the organization's budget preparation.

Plan, prepare and analyze the organization's various cost reporting requirements (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.).

Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.

Consolidate and analyze financial data, taking into account the company's goals and financial standing.

Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance across various lines of business.

Design, create and implement systems to streamline analysis of financial data across the organization.

Maintains financial security by following internal controls and ensures the accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies.

We think you'd be great for this role if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA a plus.

3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or other related fields.
