With changes in leadership, focused priorities and strong core values, PFH remains a “Good Family to Know!” Your role at PFH: As the Director of Revenue Cycle, you are responsible for the design, implementation and administration of the revenue cycle for Preferred Family HealthcareYou will:
Design, implement and manage the revenue cycle from start to finish for the organization, including oversight of revenue cycle within Electronic Medical Record software(s) and related workflows.
Responsible for the understanding and application of laws, rules, regulations and other compliance matters as it pertains to billing for the organization
Work closely with accounting and billing staff in the collection of receivables across service lines in multiple states.
Benchmarks revenue cycle efficiency with peers and/or industry standards
Works with electronic medical record vendors to ensure optimal system performance
Monitors performance of revenue cycle processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across the organization
Supervise, both directly and indirectly, associates involved in the revenue cycle.
Completes supervisee's performance evaluations, training plans and supervision records.
Maintain a climate which attracts, keeps, and motivates a team of top-quality associates.
We think you'd be great for this role if you have:
Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in human services, management, business, communications, or closely related field.
6+ years' experience in the healthcare industry with increasing responsibilities for revenue cycle management or related job function.
Prior experience in managing/supervising associates is preferred
