I'm looking for an office assistant to help with a wide variety of activities involved with my online/web sales business.
Looking for an assistant to help with:
Printing Shipping labels and invoices
Shipping Packages
Counting and receiving inventory
Listing Products on eBay
Listing Products on Amazon
Website maintenance (No coding necessary, but a general knowledge of drag and drop and copying html would be a plus
Some customer service email and phone calls will be necessary. Customer service experience is a plus
Google Docs knowledge
Spreadsheet knowledge is a plus
Posting to Blogs and Social Media Regularly

You will be expected to work at my office/warehouse in Nixa every weekday from roughly 11am or noon until 5pm or 6pm. You will also be expected to work at least 10 additional hours either from home or could be done at the office. This gives some flexibility in hours worked. You will be expected to work roughly 40 hours per week, but the flexibility of working from home, could allow you to work more to work toward bonus income.

Must be willing to work with a few products of a somewhat adult nature like male enhancement vitamins.
My business is selling a wide variety of Health and Beauty items on eBay, Amazon and a variety of other websites. My business has grown enough that it is necessary for me to have an assistant to allow my business to continue to grow.
Nearly all weekends off
Start at $10/hour with opportunity for raise with great performance after 3 months
Opportunity for bonus for increase in sales
Major holidays off and some other holidays off
Currently no other additional benefits
I will provide a chromebook for work away from the office. Internet connection is required.
Punctuality and Regular attendance are extremely important to me. Although some of the schedule can be a little flexible, you will be expected to complete Shipping activities every weekday from around noon to 5pm. Working these hours is a MUST.
This job will require a wide variety of activities and I'm looking for somebody who is up to the challenge. You should be willing and able to work independently. Currently, I work by myself, so it would just be the 2 of us working together. I want an individual who pays close attention to details and is also speedy with high productivity.
