1. Franchise Operator/Owner Finance opportunity
The Rib Joint of Springfield, is seeking a Qualified Candidate to assume the operations of this established
Restaurant. (a) The Primary cuisine of the Restaurant is Memphis-Style barbecue. (b) The financing that is
available is partial, that is, we will finance to the qualified applicant, up to 50% of the contracted selling price of
the venue. (c) Potential purchaser, shall have and be able to demonstrate (1) Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) in
liquid Capital and (2) Must have a Managerial background in Restaurant Management and or Operations.
2. The Restaurant Manager, shall have a minimum of (5) Years of Restaurant Management Experience in Management. Salary, commences after training and will be contingent on your successful training and your prior experience. It is possible that a partnership opportunity is available with this position, with minimal financial investment.
(3) Cook: We are currently seeking a full time cook the hours are from 0730- 15:30 M-F (no weekends, except for Catering Gigs, as scheduled). Proof of experience is required and you must make an appointment for an interview and fill out our application. These positions, are initially offered as 1099 Gigs.
(4) Server: We are currently seeking a server, semi-full-time. The hours are from 10:15 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Mon through Thursday and on Friday, 10:30 until 7:00 p.m. The server will assist in various duties while on shift and will be paid significantly above server wages when engaged in duties outside of the regular server routines. This position requires constant cleaning of the FOH and the ideal candidate, will be self-motivated.
The Rib Rib Joint, has a very strict attendance Policy. Please note this before you make inquiries here. We do operate rather informally (very informal atmosphere) more like a family, than a restaurant. in our down time. That said, we have a zero tolerance policy for tardiness, constant and undocumented call-ins and no call and no show, is a grounds fr immediate separation. We have a zero tolerance policy for illegal drugs and arriving at work under the influence of any un-prescribed, controlled substance.
We are also seeking day laborers with their own transportation for passing out and approaching new business prospects (flyers).
