Works closely together with the Roles Services Team (Global or Regional) to ensure on time in full delivery of the Market Sets up The Roles Testing environments Manages The risks, sensitivity and business impact associated with under- or over allocation of Roles Works closely together with the Market Internal Control or Control Framework team on Role assignment reviews and resolution of segration of duties issues Coordinates with The Market Role Links The Role Localization activities as triggered by both Market and Global Role Changes. if so organized, or when more efficient, The SAP Security Specialist will executes The Role Localization activities. Analysis the impact of Role Changes on End Users, including the learning and training requirements as and when changes are initiated by the Market Role Links or communicated by the Roles Services Team (Global or Regional). Executes, or coordinates with The Market Role Links, The Roles to Position mapping for Projects, GLOBE Implementation, Mergers & Acquisitions or other business Transformations Executes, or coordinates with The Market Role Links, Role Scoping requirements for Implementation, M&as or when The GSO rolls out Projects into The Market The SAP Security Specialist is part of The Project (Management) Teams for any type of business transformation with significant Roles impact. Performs The End User training on Role assignment Processes Performs The Market Role training on Role Design Processes Handles The Roles related incidents for The Market, or coordinates their timely execution if otherwise organized.
