This paralegal will help support multiple areas of responsibility and deadlines within the Division, including the coordination and gathering of information to produce to various regulatory agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, and State Securities Divisions. They will provide support to a very specialized division within the Legal Department.Required Qualifications:

3+ years of paralegal experience

Desired Qualifications:

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills

Strong research skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Paralegal certification may be required in some states
