Job Summary:Position Title: Guest Relations - Usher/Ticket Taker Location: Maryland Heights, Missouri - Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre - St. LouisThis is a seasonal, hourly position that works concert days only. Job begins in April with trainings and concert season will conclude in late September.The Role:The Guest Service members will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.Job Functions:
Deliver exemplary customer service with friendly & warm interaction to maintain customer loyalty
Scan barcodes on tickets upon guest entry
Assist guests with ticketing issues and finding seat locations
Directing guests to areas of interest
Gaining knowledge of all venue maps, seating charts and venue policies to appropriately answer questions asked by guests.
Keep records of customer interactions or transaction, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as action taken.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
Assist with venue trash pick-up at conclusion of event
Other tasks as assigned by the Guest Services Manager
Work in an outdoor environment in a variety of weather spring/summer weather conditions
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
At least 2 years in Customer Service and communications
Strong strategic thinking and creative problem solving skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+ and occasional sitting
