Maintenance Manger Needed
Runaway II Resort at the Lake of the Ozarks is looking for a full-time manager in charge of maintenance on the resort and in the Bar & Grill. Our 21-acre Resort consists of 20 plus cabins and motel units, a full-service RV park & campground, a full-service bar & grill, 3 docks & 1 gas dock, a pool, and much more. As a full-time manager, we are looking for someone to be available to work 40 plus hours a week as well as be available on off-hours for emergencies. If you are able to relocate, we offer on-site employee housing at low rates and would prefer you to live on the property. Job duties range from winterizing cabins and the pool, to drywall, to plumbing, mechanical labor, to landscaping maintenance, and whatever else is needed to maximize our customers satisfaction. There is a large range of projects that are done in the off-season months where the on-season is catered more towards guest satisfaction. We are looking for a hard worker that wants to live by the lake and enjoy life on the resort.

Position offers $12.00 - $15.00 an hour depending on experience and residency.
Job Requirements:
Must have 2-3 years of experience in plumbing (extensive knowledge)
Must have 2-3 years of experience in construction (extensive knowledge)
Must have 2-3 years of experience in electric (minimal knowledge)
