This position involves or requires the following:
Supervisory Background and/or ability to work unsupervised
Experience in Sales and Marketing
Computer experience required on Microsoft office programs
Ability to travel to bank, post office and perform light maintenance responsibilities, must have own vehicle
with valid driver's license and auto insurance
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects
Week-end and Month-End Reports to Facility Owner
May be required to be outside for extended periods of time during inclement weather
Some light physical activity which includes yard work, weed eating, blowing, weed pulling and painting
Accurate filing and record keeping
Cash handling experience required
Excellent customer service and phone skills with an emphasis on closing the sale(s)
Handle Accounts Receivables, and the processing of Delinquents and Auctions
Handle Vendors and associated property maintenance and project needs
Compensation Package to include the following:
Annual Salary of $24,000.00 per year plus a 2 bedroom apartment on-site (cable and electric are manager
responsibility)

Closed on Sundays
