You will be working at Friedrichs coffee, a little coffee shop that is found in the heart of the DSM Airport. It has a variety of grab and go items for customers to choose from such as yogurt, fresh fruit and salads. It wouldn't be a coffee shop without espresso! Friedrichs has a wide variety of coffee drinks for customers to choose from.
Who are ideal candidate is:
Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
Provides consistent quality beverages all customers by adhering to Friedrichs recipes and standards.
Engage with our customer, make a connection, anticipates guests' needs.
Being resilient under pressure.
Creates a positive and energetic atmosphere for every guest and employee
Operates POS System accurately
Recognize menu items and accurately charge guests for purchases
Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils or equipment
Provide customers with product details
