Are you a passionate Help Desk Specialist interested in a stable role with a key government integrator?
If so, we have a great opportunity for you to consider in Kansas City. This is a contract to hire position. Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen with an active or interim Secret clearance.Responsibilities of the Help Desk Specialist: - Receive and respond to requests for service
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and/or escalate technical issues
- Manage and maintain tickets in help desk ticketing system
- Correlate events and incidents for management
Requirements of the Help Desk Specialist: - High school diploma or GED
- Several years of experience providing IT support and working with a ticketing system
- At least 1 year of experience using remote desktop takeout tools
- Security+ or equivalent IAT Level II certification
- ITIL or equivalent certification
- Solid understanding of service level goals and targets
