Leading Family owned Management Company is seeking full-time skilled, knowledgeable, experienced, dependable self-starter lead maintenance technician for one of our Apartment Communities, Wilshire Apartments in Liberty MO. The perfect candidate MUST BE HVAC CERTIFIED and duties will include but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, Sheetrock/painting, make ready, snow removal and pools. This position also will be responsible for inventory, ordering supplies, training other maintenance technicians and work flow. Lead maintenance will rotate night and weekend on call.
