Opportunity for growth for somebody with labor & construction skills to join small business installing polished concrete, epoxy floors and prep grinding (residential and commercial projects). Can guarantee 32 hours per week for next couple months (generally 40 or more during busy schedule). NOT FULL TIME LONG TERM EMPLOYMENT. Probationary period. Hiring for entry level labor, possibly intermediate if experienced in polished concrete. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING (usually start jobs at 9am)
Must have reliable transportation, will meet at jobsites. Occasional overnight projects within 250 miles (w/ per diem, windshield time). Must be trainable, easy to work with, respect equipment and client property, and have construction hustle & organization. No direct experience necessary, will train. Light to moderate physical activity (pushing grinder, vacuum, using hand edger on knee cart, loading/unloading work trailer). Will work on jobs directly with owner.
Entry level pay $18.50/hr (entry level, ability to learn to use tools, follow directions);
Intermediate pay $23.00/hr (proficiency edging with hand grinder and use of all tools);
Senior installer/lead pay $30.00/hr (work unsupervised, lead and direct others, mastery of all tools, maintenance and troubleshooting);
