Hiring a Certified ServiceNow Developer who will be the dedicated development resource on our ServiceNow support team handling integration and workflow design, development work, and related configurations building automation and integration capabilities into our ServiceNow instance.Role
- Deliver new functionality within ServiceNow, build innovative & automated API solutions, and will support the entire development lifecycle of ServiceNow
- Configuring out of the box plugins and Integration Hub/Spoke offerings and API’s to interact with 3rd party systems in ecosystem (i.e. SCCM, VMWare, Splunk)
- Scripting and automation to create simple, scalable digital workflows
- Build & represent best practice development documentation standards by guiding all-new solution designs and code review for team development activities.
- Assist ServiceNow System Administrator in estimating project level of effort, incident resolution, and ownership of complex solutions to work them to completion
- Identifying, designing, and developing automated solutions for manual and repeatable processes (approvals, tasks, notifications, and record operations) that span multiple systems
- Develop integration actions to execute commands against external platforms through REST APIs, PowerShell commands, and write scripts to interact with other APIs
- Serve as a Sr member of the team and actively contribute to the code review process,
- Design and configure UI, business logic, and automation for existing applications
- CMDB, Service Mapping, Service Catalog, and Mobile App
- Developing / supporting Integration Hub or Orchestration (v.Madrid+), Flow Designer, and Mid Server configuration
- API and data integrations and configuring out of the box integration plug ins
- Advanced skill in XML, AJAX, Jelly, jQuery
- Bootstrap and AngularJS frameworks
- Common web services (REST, SOAP, creating API's)
- ServiceNow System Administration
