DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The Business Analyst will be integral to the organization they support; providing reliable, effective analysis that facilitates appropriate and timely business decisions. The analyst is responsible for the efficient and accurate use of data, development and automation of rich content reports, and production of high level analysis. The analyst will also be responsible for helping the business design solutions to support continuous process improvement.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for being the subject matter experts for all things Excel. The business analyst provides answers to support questions related to Excel functions, conducts trainings, and develops macros and templates to help others utilize this key business utility to the fullest extent.

Prepare and publish daily, monthly and annual dashboard metrics. Support ad hoc reports and/or analyses as necessary. Assist with developing presentations for senior management / operations.

Maintain complex excel spreadsheets for various analytical purposes.

Works closely with IT experts to identify solutions to support changes in business processes and reporting requirements. Assists in the design and testing of technical solutions. Reviews proposed designs for usability and to assure requirements are satisfied.

Prepares Written Procedures: Becomes the subject matter expert by way of researching, testing, and familiarizing self with new processes and/or systems. Prepares and implements detailed, organized, and user-friendly written procedures for processes and/or system end users.

Improves business processes. Observes various business processes and identifies and recommends opportunities for improvement.

May develop and conduct end-user training programs utilizing a variety of training vehicles.

REQUIREMENTS:REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree

Experience in materials, operations, finance, business administration, or economics.

3-5 Years related experience in an ERP environment

Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, slicers and formulas) absolutely required, other data management and visualization experience is welcomed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

SAP experience strongly preferred

Excellent interpersonal skills; adeptly interact across departments and management levels within a diverse organization.

Self-driven, energetic, and motivated team player.

Ability to work effectively on multiple projects and tasks.

Excellent written and oral communication skills
