RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is looking for an HR Business Systems Analyst for a client in the Kansas City, MO area.

Summary:This HR BSA will provide both strategic and tactical leadership of HR Technology, leading the strategy, design, implementation, administration and maintenance of HR Systems. Working with both Human Resources and IT leadership, this person will lead the design and delivery of HR processes, solutions and business analytics while providing reporting, analytics and metrics to support initiatives and HRIS stewardship. This position places emphasis on innovation through automation, process improvement and system enhancements.

Key Tasks: Oversee HRIS - Installation/implementation, customization, development, maintenance, testing and upgrades to applications, systems and modules Lead any required change management communications and training for all HRIS system processes Working with IT reporting team - Maintain all HR reporting and analytics and serve as expert for all HR data needs Develop reporting capabilities of all HR Systems - Maintain and enhance current reporting deliverables Automate manual systems, improve processes, drive integration across different IT systems and enhance accuracy and efficiency across HRIS Systems Overall, looking for someone from the business analyst background who is familiar with HR - Working in systems and in HR Dive deep into their HR systems and department - Need to have evaluated HR Systems Head up vendor meetings to choose with platform to go with while getting requirements from HR

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent relevant work experience 5 years of IT Business Systems Analyst experience preferred 3 years of HR Business Systems experience required 3 years working experience in HR (Generalist, Specialist or Manager role) to ensure basic understanding of compliance, payroll, benefits, legal issues preferred Working knowledge of current HR Systems (Ceridian Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors) or similar HR service delivery tools preferred Understanding of at least one HRIS product HRIS implementation preferred Proven experience leading projects, including change management, project administration and providing functional expertise Strong understanding of HRIS end-user needs and requirements and ability to translate into system requirements and configuration Systems skills Customer service skills
