As the key member of the Branch leadership team, the Branch Manager will be responsible for delivering sales, income & profitability results for a single branch.
Expectations include: recruitment, selection, training, development & retention of branch-level sales & support staff; delivering consistent performance on key metrics; monitoring & controlling inventory flow; and oversight of all branch-level operations.
