Newport Village of Grand Lake is hiring a live-in, full-time caretaker for an upscale community of 70 Cape Cod homes, boat marinas, community pool, tennis court, and children's playground. The individual hired for this position must have management and practical skills for supervision fo various maintenance, contract crews, pool maintenance, landscaping and irrigation systems, electrical systems repair, welding, i.e, a "jack of all trades". The applicant needs to be computer savvy and will be in charge of overall security. Benefits include a 3 bedroom home with electricity stipend and all other utilities provided to include internet and business phone. Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
