Major Responsibilities :
General Manager manages all bakery-cafe operations: shift execution, cash handling, and food/labor costs. Managers also provide leadership to employees, perform an assigned admin role, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and Panera Standards.

Job Requirements:
3+ years experience as a restaurant manager.
Experience overseeing food and labor expenses, as well as other financial (P&L) results.
Must possess computer skills, have experience using restaurant computer systems, and have a working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
AA or BA in related field desirable but not required.
Ability to pass ServSafe and successfully complete our MIT program.
Knowledge of common restaurant equipment, policies, and procedures.
Ability to speak and write the English language.
