Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seekinganAssociate Level Product Data Management SpecialistinHazelwood, MOto support our Training Systems program. You will be part of an organization where we provide industry leadership in commercial and defense aviation training and capabilities, including custom software development, engineering and technical services, and a range of services to support training centers and pilot provisioning worldwide.Position Responsibilities:Ensure Boeing meets its contractual deliveries for Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items for one or more of the active Training Systems contractsAct as a liaison between engineering and researchers producing CDRL items and customer Point of Contacts (POCs) for a given CDRL item to ensure compliance to the given CDRL format, Program Work Statement (PWS), CDRL 1423 format, and Data Item Description (DID).Ensure adherence to established CDRL processes and work instructions.Understand and communicate the overall CDRL system to all stakeholders and provide complete situational awareness of all CDRLs and individual CDRL delivery timelines.Coordinate with the Technical Editor/Writers to ensure we produce products with professional format, readability, and style and which are of the highest qualityAssists with plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control.Supports the monitoring of adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirements; assists with audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirementsSupports certification plans, integrated process architecture infrastructures, process models, product structure definitions and/or data requirements/data management processesWorks general supervision.This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications(Required Skills / Experience):1+ years of experience performing data managementOrganizational skills with the ability to prioritize, facilitate, and coordinate multiple projectsExperience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues in an engineering environmentPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business or technical fieldExperience interfacing with all engineering disciplines and be able to work in a team environment and work independently as requiredCandidate should have experience working with Microsoft Office toolsCandidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing prioritiesCandidate should have experience in project managementTypical Education and ExperienceEducation/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
