Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than 36 300 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.Role Summary / PurposeAlstom has an opening for a Process Correspondent based in its Grain Valley, MO location.Reports to the Industrialization Manager.Essential Responsibilities

Act as the Site (Grain Valley & Warrensburg) representative for the Alstom Industrial process owner.

Facilitate and support local process users in process definition, training, deployment & implementation.

Drive continuous simplification of Industrial methods and their applications.

Give input for process reviews (data, improvements, issues).

Collect and report monitoring data (KPI) to process owner.

Give advice on waiver requests to process owner.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical).

5 years of manufacturing related experience and a strong technical acumen.

Desired Qualifications

Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and planning skills.

Ability to work independently.

Demonstrated strong communication skills (written and verbal) to all levels of the organization.

Working knowledge of ERP operating system.

Working knowledge of engineering configuration management.
