We are looking to hire an on-site manager/maintenance person(s) for our Mobile Home Park.
Duties include:
-Manage day-to-day operations of park
-Collect rent and make bank deposits
-Repair tenant homes and vacant units
-Accept applications for rentals and show available units
-Maintain an organized filing system and prepare weekly reports in a timely manner
-MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Must have maintenance experience in the areas of plumbing, electrical, painting, and roofing. Must provide own tools and transportation. Married couple/team preferred but not required. Compensation and Housing TBD.
