Managing Operations at small retail cafe.
Maintains food quality and appearance standards that meet customer and supervisor expectations
Maintains proper sanitation guidelines as set by sanitation training, policies and procedures
Ensures that all food is properly handled, wrapped, labeled and dated
Respond to minor complaints in a courteous and professional manner
Follows chain of command while addressing issues of concern
Keeps equipment, supplies, kitchen surfaces clean
Keeps refrigerators, freezers, and warmers, clean and orderly while monitoring temperatures
Keeps cafe floors and areas clean
Keeps storerooms clean and organized with all items off the floor
Assists all co-workers where needed
May be responsible for delivering food, must have drivers license
Responsible for inventory and ordering
Will be require to serve guests, prepare made to order eggs, run register
