Flat Branch Pub and Brewing is looking for some people to help in our kitchen. At the moment we are looking for reliable help with good attitudes. Prior experience is great, but not at all required. We would rather have a someone with a good attitude and no experience than an experienced cook with a crappy attitude.
Our base rate of pay to $10.00/hr. ($9.50/hr. for dishwashers) with a review at 30 days, and 3 knowledge reviews to take the pay scale up to $12.00/hr. with reviews at six months after that. The faster you learn, the faster you get paid more.
We also offer shift meals to our kitchen staff and a discount on food and beverages when off duty.
At the moment, we are only looking for kitchen help. Do not apply if you are looking for a job elsewhere in the pub.
