An employment opportunity currently exists for one part-time witness loan closer in the Columbia/Jefferson City area. Applicants must be a notary public or have the ability to become a notary public with our guidance. Our part-time employees work from their homes. These positions are ideal for persons wanting to get back into the work force, recent retirees, or people with an existing home-based business wanting additional income. Employees need to be available mornings, afternoons, and evenings, as closings could be scheduled at any time. Compensation depends upon availability.
We are a St. Louis based corporation seeking one representative in the Columbia area to conduct in-home loan closings. We are a loan closing service representing many National and Local Title Companies. NO SELLING! Permanent part-time positions. Existing Notary Public preferred but not required. We provide an HP Laser-Jet printer, a commercial grade scanner, all paper and toner, and we will assist you in obtaining your commission to become a Notary Public. An intense training program at our headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri is required before you start your new career.
To be considered for employment, applicants must have the following:
Dependable transportation
Proof of insurance/current drivers license
Ability to pass criminal background screening
Updated computer with minimum of Windows 7
High speed internet
Flexibility to meet closing schedules
Ability to travel to St. Louis for training in early October 2020
