Registered Nurse Case Managers deliver direct care to patients in their homes, whether it's at home or in a care facility. Nurses provide more than just medical assistance; they also listen attentively to patients' needs and honor their wishes. One of the most important aspects of being a Registered Nurse Case Manager is building trusting relationships with patients and their families.
