Requirements:
Truck must pass DOT inspection with no age limit.
Trailers must be no older than seven years and pass DOT inspection
25 years of age with 2 years verifiable flatbed experience in the last two years
No moving violations over 10 mph in the last 3 years and no more than two in the past 12 months
