We are looking for a Mobile Home Park Manager for a Mobile Home Park located in Greenville MS (Candidates who are near/past retirement age are welcome). The Park currently has some residents there. It is in a very good, nice and quiet location in Greenville.
The Manager can choose to live on Campus or live at his or her place outside of the Campus. Either way is Ok. If the Manager chooses to live on Campus, we will offer a trailer free of rent for him/he as part of the compensation package.
The Main responsibility will be to collect rents from the residents there. To find new tenants for vacancies, manage residents in the Park and to report any maintenance repair issues to the maintenance person.
If the Manager chooses to do the maintenance repairs himself/herself, we will compensate/pay him/her for the maintenance work.
