Boggan Estates Apartments is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Tech and Experienced Housekeeper.
Maintenance Tech must be experienced in preparing apartments for move in which consists of general repairs for drywall, appliances, carpentry and plumbing repairs. Must be a good painter and have general knowledge of daily maintenance operations of an apartment community.
Housekeeper is responsible for the cleaning of common areas such as laundry rooms, hallways, etc. Housekeepers are also responsible the cleaning and preparing of apartments for move in.
Both positions are available immediately!
