Looking to Hire Guys for the Following Positions
1- Equipment Operator (Part Time May be an option but prefer FULL TIME)
Familiar with Trackhoe, Dozer mainly Some Tractor and Bobcat work.
Clearing Land, Digging Ditches, Burying Piles, Building Ponds, Bush Hogging
If you have Mechanic Skills, that is a Major PlusBeing a guy that can "Fix It When You Break It" is always preferred There are plenty of operators out there that can run it till they break it, and then they cant do anything except tell you the machine isn't doing right.
Just be Honest and straight forward with me about your capabilities or lack ofIf you have the experience or you don't have itDon't tell me something you aren'tI'd rather Hire an Honest man that doesn't have all the experience over someone that says they have but really doesn't know what they are doing.
2- General Laborer/ Ranch Hand
Building Farm Fence and doing other Odd JobsPressure washing, Installing Water Lines, Cutting up brush, Putting hay out for Cattle etc. Basically any kind of Work outside in the Hot and Cold, and Getting Dirty.
If you are on drugs or have been in the past 3 months, a liar, thief, have poor attitude, undependable, or go from job to job every month or so, I'm not interested in wasting time with you and I'm not a guy you will be happy working forSo Don't Apply
If you are a guy that would like a long term gig, has a good attitude, sticks around when things are tuff and aren't fun, works more than you talk, a person that is SMART but not a "Know it All" and is loyal I'm looking for that kind of person
I probably will not be the highest paying boss you've ever had, BUT I will make sure you have work available to do EVERYDAY Rain or Sun, Cold or HotIF YOU WANT TO WORK and want to make some money, I will make sure you have something to do
I'm not a guy that hires guys just to help do a job when I need them for a short period, and then let them go after that particular job is done
