PreCise MRM is seeking a Customer Success Manager for our Meridian, ID location. The Customer Success Manager more than any other associate; maintains continuing dialogue with customers, submits sales orders, and provides product information and technical support. Close associations develop between the Customer Success Manager, Outside Sales and most importantly the customer; placing the Customer Service Manager in a critical position regarding customer satisfaction and retention. The scope of duties and responsibilities requires extensive product knowledge, a comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures and awareness that customer service is an outreach program not a reactive program. This individual plays an integral role in PreCise MRM’s Total Quality (TQ) Program effort as it impacts customer relations.PreCise MRM provides fleet management solutions, utilizing the latest in mobile and GPS technology to improve productivity and cost effectiveness to the on-off highway market. The solution is a combination of ruggedized hardware and web-based software designed to dramatically improve the visibility and control over mobile resources. Partners with assigned customer base to provide pricing, availability, updates on order status.

Assists with overflow customer inquiries regarding common product lines, current orders, escalate orders, part availability, provides alternative product, and light technical support.

Enters system sales and quotes.

Enters purchase orders.

Provides technical support for the development of applications and design.

Provides troubleshooting for systems.

Authorizes warranty and credit dispositions.

Administrative support including email orders, fax, and providing number RMA’s.

Partner with Outside sales team to coordinate customer service needs for dedicated customer base.

Other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED. Distribution and Valve: Associates Degree in Fluid Power, Mechatronics, or related field strongly preferred. Certified Fluid Power Specialist strongly preferred.

5+ years of relevant work experience.

Comprehensive understanding of product knowledge and application, assembly, and the ability to trouble shoot.

Demonstrated cultural expectations of core values in inside sales.

Good negotiation skills, able to provide value added up-selling.

Able to develop relationships with internal and external customers.

Strong mechanical aptitude.

Good communication skills, written and verbal, most often over the phone.

Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in order to meet the expectations of the customer.

Detail oriented and the ability to exhibit patience.

Experience with Shortel and MS applications, Outlook, Excel, Word, and ERP.

Travel for customer visits.
