Additional information can be found at www.apria.com.JOB SUMMARYResponsible for performing daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, copying, posting, and other similar duties using a computer system. Follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMaintains records/files.

Prepares forms, researches and verifies information to resolve routine problems.

Organizes and sorts incoming correspondence. Distributes reports and memos.

Performs photocopying and light typing.

May screen and direct incoming phone calls

Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.

Minimum Required QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation and/or ExperienceEducation or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.

At least one year related experience is required

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIESBasic computer skills including Outlook, Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently

PHYSICAL DEMANDS :The position requires occasional standing, kneeling, and stooping and constant sitting.

The use of hands to write, use computer, and manipulate papers is constantly required.

Talking and hearing are frequent requirements.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
