Bookkeeper proficient in Quickbooks,it's a casual environment. The job is straight forward you must be able to do accounting,database if not don't apply.
Requirements;
Basic office management skills
Must be able to work 2-6 hours a week when needed
Develop and maintain financial accounting systems; cash management , account payable, account receivable
Up to date on current tax laws
Hold weekly/ biweekly meeting with owner to discuss the financial state of the company
Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activities
