Minimum two years accounting/bookkeeping experience.

Are you proficient in excel or Quick Books?
Prepare weekly check run.
Assist in reconciliation of credit card statements.
Maintain prepaid supplier invoices and receptions.
Document vendor returns and company credit in accounting system; regularly follow-up with vendors regarding
outstanding returns for credit.
Maintain spreadsheet of vendor returns and credits.
Accurately journalize accounts payable payments.
Periodically reconcile vendor account statements with company records and investigate any discrepancies.
Coordinate with Warehouse to maintain flow and accuracy of vendor invoices and returns.
