Withlimited oversight, drives synchronization and communication across allfunctions to deliver business results. Uses substantial and broad knowledge to conduct complex activitiesacross a regional or multi-country team. This includes: all integrated businessplanning (CIBP) activities, alignment and adherence to CIBP Playbook processes,business partnership, systems/data management and reporting & analysis.Additional Supply Chain analysis and project management focused on supportingSupply Chain initiatives and goals.Principal Accountabilities60% INTEGRATEDBUSINESS PLANNING AND SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYTICS
Utilizes substantial understanding to drive theorganization to implement and continually improve execution of CargillIntegrated Business Planning Processes including education of participants andfacilitators
Collaborates with the Global Supply ChainPlanning COE to facilitate consistency and best practice sharing acrossIntegrated Business Planning practices across Cargill
Identifies opportunities to improve businessplanning and supply chain efficiencies across other Cargill businesses, groupsand enterprises
With minimal direction, collaborates with FPA tounderstand and outline the current operating state of the business vs. thebudget and identify financial impacts associated with any differences
Utilizing substantial understanding to outlinescenarios and associated financial impacts to close the gaps on any differencesbetween budget and current plan and with little input makes recommendations onappropriate solutions
Collaborates directly with the Strategic SupplyChain Analytics & Projects individual as needed for network design andoptimization work as outputs and inputs of the Integrated Business Planningprocess.
With little input, develops content andfacilitates Integrated Operating Review
With little input, collaborates with BusinessReview owner to develop content for monthly Business Review and facilitates themeeting
With limited oversight outlines, publishes andensures follow-up on action items which are outcomes of the IntegratedOperating Review and Business Review
May provide input to Leadership Team to connectbusiness process design to overall BU strategy. Uses CIBP framework to developcomplex outlook and vision for a regional or multi-country segment.
May participate on cross-functional and/orcross-platform leadership teams for the purpose of sharing knowledge andexperience, as well as best practices.
Collaborate directly with Supply Chain, and crossfunctionally with CASC-NA business teams, to provide analytical support andleadership on identified initiatives/projects.
35% MEASUREMENTSAND METRICS
With limited oversight determine metrics totrack effectiveness of business decisions made through CIBP process
Uses substantial understanding to generate andanalyze metrics linking the metrics appropriately to the business strategy
With limited oversight, facilitates the linkageand analysis of metrics in the Product Management Review, Demand Review andSupply Review to the Integrated Operating Review and Business review
Leads the business through the process ofdriving actions through the effective use of the appropriate metrics.
5% PEOPLE AND TALENT
Occasionally provides informal coaching and/ortraining to others, including coaching Cargill core values.
May participates in selection of employees andprovide input on plans for future workforce needs.
QualificationsMinimum RequiredQualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5 years business experience
At least 3 years business experience preferablyin Supply Chain, Finance, or Strategy
Strong decision making, communication, andteamwork competencies required
Communication and Facilitation utilizingMicrosoft Office Tools (i.e PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Business education concentrated in Supply Chain,Finance, etc
Experience in Supply Chain,Transportation/Logistics, Operations, Strategy or Finance
Strong analytical, system acumen and problemsolving skills
Organizational and leadership competencies preferred
Integrated Business Planning experience
