Masterson Staffing is currently looking for candidates to work at one of our Turkey Hatcheries in the St Cloud area. We are currently looking for 2 different departments on the 1st shift working 10-12 hour days/4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday).
Service Room: Start time is 5:25am
Work in temperatures ranging 76-80 degrees, clip toes (dew claws), place pouts in a holder for beak treatment and vaccinations.
Muti-task Room: Start time is 4:55am
Work in temperatures ranging 76-82 degrees, load count table with trays, count pouts by into a box, strip returned boxes to was, load washer, clean dirty areas, transfer eggs from incubator to hatcher trays, complete paperwork relating to job being done.
Both departments require effective communication, the ability to read, write, and speak English. Pay attention to counts, breed, sex, and number changes.
