SUMMARY

This role is a core member of a team of professionals who are responsible for administering the planning, design, implementation and administration of HRIS, compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, motivate and reward Associates. Working with the various Company teams, this position provides guidance and recommendations on various talent programs. As a member of the Talent team, this position leads major initiatives and projects such as job analysis, efficiency improvements, incentive plan management, annual salary planning process and other compensation processes.

This role will also assist with financial and value analysis on special projects associated with other areas under the Talent function including but not limited to benefits and Associate programs as well as help in developing the Talent Department budgets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION

Reviews proposed salary actions to ensure conformance with established guidelines and policies.

Reviews proposed benefit actions to ensure conformance with established guidelines and policies

Reviews proposed recognition programs to ensure conformance with established guidelines and policies

Utilizes Workday to create and analyze HRIS data. Provide regular analysis, or as requested, to Talent Department leadership and property leadership on issues such as effective staffing levels and turnover analysis.

Analyzes current organizational talent practices and makes recommendations for changes to ensure improve organizational performance.

Conduct research, analyze best practices, and recommend changes to compensation, benefit and recognition plans and programs.

Conduct on-going analysis of processes. Research and make recommendations for process enhancements.

Create reports and business analytics to enable Total Rewards analyses.

Assist in preparation of data for Compensation Committee meetings and Benefits Committee meetings.

Develop and maintain an updated benefit inventory and its associated cost recording historical changes to facilitate control and decisions.

Participates in development and administration of performance review system to ensure efficient execution.

Researches special Total Rewards programs or incentive systems to support the organization's objectives.

Completes ROI on various talent programs and Associate related programs.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, HR/Talent, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Analytical experience required .

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in analysis and/or administration of Total Rewards programs

PMP preferred

Six Sigma experience required

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority.

Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsible for following all relevant DGRs.
